How do I clean and maintain my Chilewich placemats?
Most of our woven placemats can be cleaned simply by wiping with warm water, mild soap, and a soft sponge. For stubborn stains, use a soft-bristle brush. Avoid using bleach or ironing, and do not put them in the dishwasher.
What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?
We offer standard ground shipping on all domestic orders within the contiguous United States. Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns for unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-made items, such as wall-to-wall flooring or custom size rugs, are final sale and cannot be returned.

Yes, our woven textiles are made from durable vinyl yarns that are resistant to mold, mildew, and chlorine, making them ideal for outdoor dining and patio use. However, we recommend bringing them indoors during extreme weather conditions.
